How We Work With You
We’ll get to know your goals, give you advice, and support you along the way. Here’s the important information you need to know about how we do that.
Licensing Information
Levridge Limited (FSP1005285) is a licensed Financial Advice Provider (FAP). We’re regulated by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice in New Zealand.
What We Can Help You With
We provide advice and guidance on:
KiwiSaver
Managed Funds
Mortgages
Insurance
Direct Property Investment
Cashflow Management
Retirement Planning
Financial Planning
How We Work With Providers & Fees
KiwiSaver & Managed Funds
We work with Generate, Milford Asset Management Ltd, and NZ Funds. These providers may pay us a commission when you join, plus an ongoing service fee. This doesn’t cost you anything extra – we don’t charge clients additional fees for this advice.
Mortgages
We provide advice on mortgage structures and, where needed, work with trusted mortgage advisers who have access to a wide range of banks and lenders. They may receive a commission from the lender, and may share part of that with us. Again, there are no additional costs to you.
Insurance
We provide advice on the right level and type of insurance for your needs. When you take out or change a policy, we work with trusted insurance advisers who have access to a wide range of insurers. They may receive a commission from the insurer, and may share part of that with us. There are no additional costs to you.
Direct Property Investment
We provide strategy and advice on direct residential investment property in New Zealand. We may refer you to our sister company, Property IQ, who can source quality investment properties on your behalf. Property IQ may receive a fee from the property vendor, and may pay a portion of that fee to Levridge. You won’t be charged extra for this.
Cashflow Management
We offer tailored programmes to help you manage your money day-to-day. A fee will apply for this service, depending on the level of support and monitoring you choose.
Retirement Planning
We provide advice and strategies to help you reach your retirement goals. Fees will depend on the complexity and level of advice required.
Financial Planning
We create personalised financial plans to help you achieve your long-term goals. Fees depend on the time, complexity, and scope of advice needed.
How Fees Work
If Levridge charges a fee for advice, we’ll always talk about it with you first. You’ll never be charged anything without your prior consent. The exact fee will be confirmed before we start any work.
Conflicts of Interest and Commissions
Levridge and Amy Po-Ching may receive commissions or fees from product providers and specialists we work with.
In addition, Amy Po-Ching is the director and shareholder of both Levridge Limited and Property IQ Limited. These sister companies were set up to provide a holistic service — financial planning and advice through Levridge, and property investment opportunities through Property IQ.
Because of this structure, there are potential conflicts of interest:
Levridge may provide advice that could lead to Property IQ receiving a fee from a property purchase.
Levridge may also provide mortgage advice, which could result in a commission paid by a bank or lender.
To make sure our advice is always in your best interests:
Any property or mortgage recommendations are based on your goals and financial situation — not on fees or commissions.
We always disclose upfront if Levridge or Property IQ may receive a fee or commission.
We follow a structured advice process and keep records showing how our advice puts your interests first.
Our advisers receive annual training on identifying and managing conflicts of interest.
We maintain a register of conflicts, gifts, and incentives, which is monitored regularly.
We have an independent compliance review carried out annually by Strategi.
You can be confident that our advice is about helping you achieve the right long-term outcomes — not about maximising fees or commissions.
